"Return was easy, just a bit slow"
Overall, the return went smoothly. I had to send one item back because the size wasn’t right, and the process itself was simple enough to follow. The only downside was that the refund took a little longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying. But customer service did get back to me, and in the end everything was sorted out, so I’d say it was a decent experience

"Adaptive clothes that actually make things easier"
I ordered a couple of things from Silvert’s for my dad. Didn’t really know what to expect. But the adaptive design helped right away.

The velcro closures, the easier fit, all of that. Nothing flashy. Just practical. Which is exactly what we needed. Getting him dressed is quicker now, and he doesn’t get as worked up about it.

Shipping was totally fine too. No issues there. I’d give it 5 stars because it feels like someone actually thought about what daily care is really like.

I picked up a few tops and pants from Silvert's for my mom, i was relieved that the sizing was so consistent. I always worry with online clothing that one item will fit and the next will be totally off, but everything matched up with her usual size. To me, that made the whole order feel a lot less stressful, especially since I didn’t have to deal with returns or second-guess what to buy. Overall, it was a really easy experience.

"Pretty fair prices, honestly"
I ordered a few things from Silverts for my mom, and the prices seemed fair for what we got. Adaptive clothing can be ridiculously expensive sometimes, and it kind of feels like some places take advantage of that, but this site had a decent mix without making me feel like I was being overcharged. Shipping was about what I expected too. Overall, I’m happy with the value.

"Really good packaging"
I ordered a few things from Silvert's the packaging stood out to me right away. The box was sturdy, not crushed or dented or looking like it had been through a whole journey, which is such a small thing but also kind of a big relief when you’re opening a delivery.
Everything inside was folded neatly and wrapped well, so nothing was dirty or smashed or sliding around weirdly. It just felt like someone actually took a minute to pack it properly, you know? No annoying extra mess either, and it was easy to open, so overall I was happy with it...

"Refund showed up way quicker than I thought"
I had to send something back to Silvert's and, not gonna lie, I was already bracing myself for one of those annoying refund situations where you keep checking your account for days. I even had my return receipt sitting on my kitchen counter next to a half-finished coffee just in case I needed it. But once they got the item back, the refund came through fast. "Delivery came "right on time""
I ordered from silverts.com for my mom and wasn’t totally sure how the shipping would go, but it ended up being totally fine. The package showed up exactly when they said it would, with no chasing around or random delays.
The tracking worked well, and the box arrived in good shape too. Not a huge story here, just one of those orders that was "easy" from start to finish. I’d definitely order again.

I’ve ordered from Silvert's twice now, both times were totally fine. Tracking worked like it should, the items looked like the pictures, and when I had a question, support got back to me quick. No issues, no issues at all.
